WHAT WE DO.

  • Planning + Negotiating

    The Mariucci Advisory Team will obtain and carefully review multiple General Contractor bids for your project. This insures that you are getting the most fair and transparent pricing. At this stage we will negotiate directly with the GC and vendors on your behalf.

  • Sourcing Materials

    Acquire materials from trusted vendors and manage services from the best sub-contractors. The Mariucci Advisory Team can oversee and coordinate these functions of your project to ensure savings and timely execution.

  • Design Concept

    Bring your vision to life by defining design direction, creating mood boards, choosing color schemes, and understanding the space you are working with. The team can work alongside you, or with your Interior Designer.

  • Interior Design Trade Purchasing

    Work with the team to gain access to our trade partners and special pricing. Inquire for more details.

  • Project Management

    On-site management and coordination of all functions related to your renovation from concept to completion. We work with the architect, designer, GC and subs to be your eyes and ears on the ground. Limited availability.

As an attorney with years of experience in project management, contract negotiation, and advisory work, she approaches each build with precision and purpose.

A former Assistant District Attorney in New York City, Sarah later brought her expertise to two major fashion houses—Chanel and Stuart Weitzman—where she managed high-stakes projects in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. She has guided homeowners through multi-million-dollar renovations and new-builds throughout Greenwich, CT, ensuring they are informed, protected, and positioned for success at every step.
